Getting ready for back to school.

In preparation for back to school, move bedtime and wake time up by 15 minutes starting two to three weeks before the first day of the new routine.

 Every few days, make them another 15 minutes earlier.

    I know that school has already started, and I home school my children. This is a great tip and we also implement this ‘getting ready for back to school’ tip in our home.

    It makes a lot of sense to begin the change at least 2 to 3 weeks prior as it is amazing how the body has difficulty making the change to get up earlier and actually be ready to learn.
